Running a money racket, orders unneeded tests and doesn’t change any treatment for different patients. Informed we were going to get a second opinion, we were then dismissed from the practice. He is a waste of time and money. Look elsewhere if you actually need treatment. If you want useless tests and lots of bills... see him.

Doctor Clairmont is very professional and precise. He does not waste time beating around the bush, he gets straight to the point! I would suggest any non smoker that needs ear, nose and throat medical advice to see him.

Waste of time. I still have the same pain and issues for 6 months now and no help. Will be getting a 2nd opinion. Not very compassionate or very thorough on what was going on with me. Needs to actually listen to what patients are telling him.

Being a new family in town, I found Dr.Clairmont to be very thorough and patient with us. He took his time and answered all of our questions. His staff and the audiologist are lovely too.

I love Dr.Clairmont, he is a very experienced E.N.T. Specialist he does a very thourogh exam and it seems never ending if he hadnt done such a thorough exam and questionair i would have no idea that i have Hashimoto's hypothyroid which is a genetic autoimune disease and is the reason my husband and I canot have children. the only problem is the referals to other doctors, because he makes so many referals his staff have trouble keeping up and i call twice a week to nudge them but they are polite.

This dr. Rushes you through like cattle. He spent 3 minutes on first visit and 2 minutes on the follow up visit. He makes a routine exam unnecessarily painful. He does not explain anything. He is abrupt and rude. I would rate him at minus 7. And give him 2 thumbs down. Please find yourself any other dr. This guy is a jerk.

After reading some of the reviews on this doctor, I was a little cautious about taking my daughter to him. I kept an open mind, which I recommend anyone do when reading reviews, and I am so happy that we were able to see this doctor! My daughter is very shy and timid around people she doesn't know. Dr. Clairmont was amazing with her and made her feel completely comfortable. She is excited everytime we get to see him!!

Would never recommend him to anybody ever. Has issues on a vacation with our daughter who was 8 and called to ask for help. Absolutely no help was given over the phone except for go to the doctor or a emergency room. Not even go get mucinex.On vacation overseas and they gave no help. Better yet when we returned he sent a letter telling us we would not be seen by his practice. No yelling, no profanity all I asked for was to be able to talk to the doctor. He definitely is not a patient advocate.
