I wouldn't recommend any physicians who focus on money before the medical needs of patients. I'd give 0 star if there's an option. This is my initial consultation with Dr.Jen as referred by my dermatologist. Dr. Jen's staff put me in a treatment room waiting for over an hour without any attention. Then came in an unknown staff, not introducing herself, cited that Dr. Jen told her to ask me if I was willing to pay about $5000 to proceed. Probably hearing my startling argument with this unknown staff as why the doctor could quote a price without seeing me, Dr. Jen then rushed in, asserting that he understood what were expected from my dermatologist's written referral. I really couldn't follow the logic of the clinical procedures here. If my dermatologist's note was good enough, I didn't need to wait for over an hour. If Dr. Jen rather me waiting for him, he should at least take a look of my condition, outline a brief treatment plan, before he could quote a price.

Terrible service,also not a nice doctor, if I can have less 1 star I will definitely give them minus stars , first time also last time, I heard people said bad but I didn’t believe , today I already find out , not coming back anymore, there are many nicer ENT around flushing .... good luck doctor

I've been coming to see Dr. Albert Jen for 15 years. He is the only doctor I go to if I have nose/ear/throat problems, very professional and extremely nice. Highly recommended this doctor.

I went to Dr Albert Jen for many years now, he's caring, his exam is thorough, always answer my questions even when I call him for additional questions. He treated my sinuses, my scar and a lot of my relatives and my friends, everybody thank me for recommending him. Great doctor!
