Dr, Smith always give me the time and care needed for me and my family.

The office is always helpful at getting me same day appointments when I need them. Dr. Smith always listens to my issues whether it is a sinus infection or an unknown cause of a skin rash. He is able to electronically send medications to my pharmacist immediately. He also recommends medical tests as needed for my general health. I am very satisfied with my medical care there.

Can't visit because you don't call your patients back that need help

DO NOT go to see Dr. Albert Smith. He is rude, unwilling to answer questions, not helpful and doesn't like to be questioned. I took my recently hospitalized mother to him for a follow-up and he was unkind, rude, never checked her heart, lungs no blood pressure. Every question I asked I was told to go to take her to the hospital or the hospital should have done that. He refused the idea of consulting with my mom's other doctors, run bloodwork or perform any tests so we could figure out why my mother old continues to get so sick. When he was fed up with my questions he asked if I even had a job or what I do all day! Unbelievable treatment, my mother was sobbing by the time we left, and we had to ask the nurse for a wheelchair escort. His parting words were "good luck" and he then slammed the door. His license should be revoked! His nurse Kate is lovely and should find a new doctor to work for.

This place is a complete joke!!! Don’t waste your time he just wants your money. My son who has being seeing a urologist for longer then this doctor won’t do a referral because they need to know what’s going on needs all medical records and charge us for an office visit just to look at my son for 30 seconds collect his money and off to the next money spot

Spent months getting in to see him and in the middle of my care he dropped me because I had the wrong insurance! Called the morning of my appointment to tell me I was no longer his patient! Now no one at his office will return my calls. I don’t have anyone to approve my prescriptions and I am diabetic! Don’t trust him.

Typical visit takes +2 hours due to very long waiting periods even when you have an early morning appointment. Do not challange or question Dr. Smith this will not go well for you if you do. Strongly suggest you look elsewhere. Staff is great overall medical service average at best
