Best Dr I ever had
Caught serious health conditions early. Very compassionate. Spends a quality time with patients.

Staff is friendly. Medical staff are ideal. However, after 10 years of being a patient I was waiting 2 and 2.5 hours on a walk-in. Too many waits led me to change my primary.

Terrible all the machines are out dated, no quality control, ghetto rooms, he only cares about collecting co payments NP's leave all the time he should just move to Costa Rica . Wait in waiting room over an hour to see Dr for 10 mins . would have to pay co- pay just to get ONE result. Any communication would have to be a scheduled visit so that he can collect money.

Had him for more than 10 years and kept giving him more chances until I finaly had it and switched. Very nice on the personal level. When I try to discuss medical details during my physical he complains that he is not paid enough for this and implies that I should setup an appointment to discuss each of the conditions separately which is absurd and as if his time is more valuable than the patient's. Not to mention that in the time he spends complaining he could have gone through all my questions

Haven't actually seen him in the office in over 2 years. A different NP each of the last several visits. Rushed in to exam room, then wait and wait to be seen. Exams are short, impersonal and there were many times I felt that their time was more valuable than my health concerns. Practitioners records of exams don't match actual events, conversations and outcomes of visit. No real leadership there. High NP turnover rate.

Waiting room annoying and noisy with marketing tv blaring. The waiting time is consistently over 20 minutes, so there's plenty of time to reflect on the annoyances. Second visit and I still haven't met the doctor. The office schedules follow up visits without the doctor on schedule. The staff at the adjacent Quest is very nice.

Time spent with me during my physical was very short. approximately 11 minutes after waiting 30 minutes for my exam. I wasn't questioned or get questions related to my hearth neither got the opportunity to ask questions. Dr. Did not do a detailed exam and in other to get a result of my exam, I had to schedule another appointment in other to know the result. I did not received any written communication with the result of my blood work neither. If I want to know, I have to schedule an appointments
