Doctor makes you wait for hours, recommends telemedicine and never calls.

Dr. Ovalle is a great physician. Very courteous and friendly and has great rapport with patients. Have had a very frustrating time getting my prescriptions sent to be filled. Have called the office several times for over 10 days now and machine keeps hanging up and/or no one picks up. Unable to get much needed medication filled or anyone to answer the phone

Called in very quickly upon my arrival. Dr Ovalle was very thorough and, as always, very professional.

I can't believe that I waited four months for an appointment with dr. Ovalle, and just today one day before the appointment, the secretary calls me to tell me that dr. He cannot attend because he is not seeing new patients, I told the lady. why she waits four months to tell me, that he cannot attend me. terrible, without any ethics or professionalism, something had never happened to me. I never want to have anything to do with that doctor and those people in that office anymore. I hope that my experience can serve you. good afternoon

Dr Ovalle is the very best Internal Medicine Physician in El Paso. He is most through in his review of your health status and makes very sound recommendations of what future changes are needed.

Dr Ovalle has been my primary care doctor for 5 or 6 years. He remembers what we discussed in last visits. He is attentive and explains things well. I have total confidence in him. Sometimes the wait is long but then he spends more time with me than any doctor I have had. Excellent care.

The Dr and the personnel are awesome but the wait time is completely insane. I know wait time with doctors is long but here is over an 1.5 hrs of wait just to be move into the check room and 20-30 min waiting for the Dr. everything else is amazing. This was mi third visit and the 3 visits have been approximate the same wait.
