Run away from this office
Extremely rude office staff. Billing never done right. Charges insurance for things that were never been done. For a simple phone 2-5 min follow-up call may charge patient as a tele-visit >$200, and for a simple office visit asking $100 co-pay by cash even co-insurance is $30. They may say that they are no longer accepting your insurance after the fact (after the visit), but silent when you schedule a visit. Avoid this office and run away from them as fast as you can and never look back. It seems that they only care about money and revenue, and not about people. The review was done for my spouse visit because she was very upset and unable to write this review herself.

I would not recommend this office not even to my worst enemy. If you do not have insurance do not come here. Need immigration physical.... what a rip off..

I had my first visit with Dr. Kretov on 26 May 2021. I found he and his staff to be very accommodating, knowledgeable, and very professional. I look forward to working with Dr. Kratov in the role of his being my new primary care physician since the soon to be retirement of my previous primary physician. I believe I made the right decision.
