Dr. Alesha Levenson, MD

Dr Levenson failed to do what I asked her to do. I called in and spoke in depth with a nurse about my dad's cognitive decline and mental incoherence and asked for tests to be ordered during his visit with her. He was exhibiting a lot of confusion, fatigue and behavioral changes. I left a very detailed message to the nurse and stated my dad was unable to state his health issues and needed her to send him to the ER for further testing. Dr Levenson discharged him with depression. No tests were done. We finally got my dad the care he needed, and he is now battling brain cancer (non-Hodgkins lymphoma) that has traveled to his spine. I knew something was wrong and Dr Levenson failed to do what I asked her to do. No neurologic tests were done in the visit and not one lab order, CT scan or MRI was ordered as I asked.
