Caring. Thorough. Incredibly smart.

Dr. Orsini listening skills are very good. He was very good and compassionate about my concerns. He did an excellent exam and explained what might be happening and ordered a complete battery of tests to rule out any possible problems.

I have been using Dr. Orsini, and his nurse Jamie, for fourteen years. They treat me like family, are very concerned about my health, my family and take the time to explain and answer any medical question I might have.

Changed cardiologists recently (4 months ago) to Dr Orsini...truly one of the most caring, considerate, informed and RESPONSIVE medical professionals I have ever dealt with. His concern on my most recent “regular” visit, ended with him scheduling me for a heart cath and follow up procedures within days. DAYS , not weeks. His sincere caring and compassionate demeanor, along with his patience to answer all of my questions really means the difference in a medical person and a true professional. He will remain my cardiologist as long as he is practicing.

As a medical professional, my visit was the worst I’ve ever encountered. He did not listen, he assumed. I left knowing I’d never go back to him. Thank goodness my PCP listens, and with one medication change I am so much better.

He's my cardiologist and always will be. We discuss exercise as well as nutrition, and he takes time to listen.

Very disappointed in treatment of my family and me. Would not recommend him because of his rudeness and lack of promptness to get things started. He told us we could get another cardiologist and he would leave. Little did he know I have a great cardiologist but he was not on call.

Very displeased with Dr. Orsini. My grandfather was transferred by ambulance to Baptist on 5/11 and was discharged 5/19. During his stay my family and I never saw Dr. Orsini although we requested multiple times to talk to him and even requested a family meeting with no luck. On his final day we asked if Dr. Orsini would be through to see us before being discharged and we were informed that he was at the nurses station when my family members approached him he acted as if he was being bothered.

He did not listen to issues and concerns, was a little rude and apparently not in the mood to see patients after we had been waiting for over an hour past our appointment time. Won't be back!

Took his time, ran several tests and is willing to work you in.

My mother lives in Hope, and after finally getting fed up with her Texarkana cardiologist, thank goodness we found Dr. Orsini's satellite clinic in Arkadelphia. He came highly recommended from a close family member who had emergency life-saving surgery performed by Dr. Orsini. His staff is very helpful with scheduling and medication issues. Dr. Orsini is extremely caring, compassionate and competent. My mother really likes him and so do my siblings.

My first visit to Dr. Orsini will be my last. Dr. Orsini's staff lost my test results then lied about sending them to my PCP. When I finally got to speak with Dr. Orsini he claimed that I was not even his patient when his name appears on every piece of paper that came from his office.
