I feel uncomfortable with eye contact. Frequently, he would move in front of me in order to force eye contact. Probobaly a belief of respect, proving that you're playing attention. I had previously informed him that eye contact is difficult for me. This could been put into my chart instead of being disregarded. At another appointment, either he or a nurse forgot about my vaccinations. I was alone in the room for 20 mintues untill I realized he wasn't coming back. At my final appointment with him... because he changed locations... I believe he saw use of cannabis on my chart, and decided this is his last chance to lecture me against ever using heroin. This has never crossed my mind. Health classes have taught me that it's a drug with devastating conciquences. Overall, I would have been able to disregard our differences due to my passive social skills. However, talking down to someone you likely wont see again is a red flag.
