A Zero
He almost killed me by abruptly cutting me off of medication. I had to go to the Psych ward at the hospital because I was in danger of dying. Do not trust him.

Went to Dr Wills and was not happy with my visit. Just a bad first impression overall. He was on his phone the whole time as he was walking me to his office, he put his feet up as he was talking to me, so I felt like he wasn't taking this serious. He also interrupted me while I was answering his questions and was a bit snippy. He was quick to prescribe me medication even though I told him I might want to try other avenues first. He even suggested I try ketamine even though I'm not dealing with depression issues. Also I was only in his office for MAYBE 10 minutes and I was a new patient!! How are you supposed to get to know your patient in that amount of time. Overall I would not recommend. Will not be returning. He seems to be in it for the money and not because he cares about his patients.

Great Doctor
Telehealth
I remember my first meeting with Dr.Wills. Told him my struggles and he listened. He put me on medication and follow up visits was any adjustments might be needed. He has always been accommodating. Most visits were me as a patient letting him know everything was good, lately I have some life changing events and he’s listened and always lets me know if I need him for anything he was there. He is caring and he will remember certain things from past appointments and ask how’s your child (by name). So to me that says a lot. No one better

Pass over
Not a good consultation . Told me I would have to get off 2 medications before he would see me again. Didn’t offer any substitute for that medicine until I pushed further. I’m on the medicine for a reason ( seven back surgeries). I didn’t feel as though he was listening to what I was saying and I left the office very dejected.

I recently switched to Dr. Wills since moving to the area. Compared to other doctors I’ve seen he seems a lot more approachable and down to earth. I felt like he truly wanted to get to know me and was genuinely interested in how I felt about my issues. I would say he isn’t as concerned about explaining medication as he is about holistic recovery. If you’re looking for a tradition experience he might not be the doctor for you, but if you’re looking for someone who you can actually have a productive insightful conversation with then that’s definitely him!

Consulted with Dr. Willis looking for a new therapist, my doc was retiring. I am still in disbelief about the way I was treated. Arrogant, Cold, uninterested and belittling. I just can't wrap my head around how he is still in practice. Felt like a rapid contestant on Jepordy. He didn't listen, interrupted, made condescending remarks and his demeaner was borderline distain. I was shocked, confused and ultimately left triggered. I strongly suggest anyone trying to find a provider to help and support you through your journey of healing, look somewhere else. This man is dangerous.

I am appalled at the treatment from this 'doctor'. He is dismissive and apathetic at best. Do not give this doctor your money, do not waste your time.

I started going to Dr. Wills in December of 2017. He's much different than other doctors I've seen. He has 30 minute appointments but they feel like they are much longer because we cover so much ground. He breaks things down in an easy way so that I can grasp the problem and resolve it easily. He's very good at leading me through analytical and emotional counseling. I also love his staff who refill my prescriptions easily and take it seriously when I call because I need a sooner appointment

The first time I ever saw Dr. Wills, he told me to look into borderline personality disorder because it was where he was leaning with his diagnosis. After doing research I was confident this didn’t apply to me. But when I tried to share this with him, he listed traits of the disorder that applied to me when my behavior was taken out of context. Every mental health professional I’ve seen has been so shocked at the rash diagnosis, especially of a personality disorder, & at the unprofessionalism

Went to see Dr. Wills. Told him my history and what I had tried in the past. Explained to him that I just wasn't able to work. and the depression was as bad as ever. Sent me to therapy I have done multiple times and took me off a med. On follow up I told him the therapy was something I had done many times before, he just told me to watch a youtube video. Spent a bunch of money on something i've done multiple times, no support for withdrawl, or plan to safely discontinue med. Awful exp

I received no help. The doctor spends 80% of the 30-minute appt staring at his laptop and typing busily. When he deigns to speak, he uses thinly-veiled remarks to criticize my Internist, doesn't like the meds I'm on, says he can't do much for me until I change them (none of my meds are controversial; I've taken them for years with no problems). When I spoke, he snapped NOT NOW because he was frantically typing. I will not go back.. I couldn't, in good conscience, recommend this "doctor" at all

Not Happy With This Doctor in Boise, ID – Nov 04, 2017
×Post a ResponseAre you Dr. Wills?
If you want to be treated like cattle he's the perfect Doctor for you. After I expressed my distress over my chronic pain his response was handing a referral to a different P.M. Doctor and said, "do you have anymore questions I have another patient waiting." Callous and uncaring. Only saw him twice and both times he ended by saying he had another patient waiting. Thanks for making me feel like I'm a burden to your busy schedule!

Dr Wills is the only doctor that I have seen that has been able to accurately explain my condition in a way that makes sense to me. He is extremely knowledgable, but has amazing bedside manners. I never feel judged or embarrassed. I honestly enjoy our sessions- which is a huge change for me. The progress I have made with him in a short times is incredible.
