Unprofessional and No Bedside Manner
Mr. Bolanos try’s to care for his patients by stopping by briefly each morning. He never took a proper history and was unaware of previous conditions. Finally, after 4 days of caring for my mother he learned of her current COPD and previous bout with scarlet fever as a child. With that information he changed the course of care for her. He routinely forgot to pass on orders to nurses leaving my mother without meal service or needed meds. He sent a cardiology nurse to give a diagnosis for the first time. His lack of empathy and caring was evident and had no bedside manner to speak of. If you get him for your doctor or for a loved one, find someone else!!
