Will never go back
Not happy with this Dr. at all. Seemed very confused on what to do and then sent me to the hospital for a heart monitor that was about 20 years old and here to find out I should have been sent to a free standing facility. now I have a 900.00 bill because of this dr.

I would not recommend Dr. Koppel. When a patient calls with a problem and is told the Doctor will call you back and he doesn't it does not give you confidence that he has any interest in his patients. Once he may have forgot but when you call the Doctor 5 days and you are told he will call you and he doesn"t makes you realize that it is time for a new doctor.

I am not at all pleased with the care I have been receiving from Dr. Koppel and the staff at Mercer/Bucks Cardiology (MBC). Almost a month has passed since the 24 hour EKG recommended by Dr. Koppel was completed. I have yet to receive a follow-up call from either Dr. Koppel or his registered nurse Karen to review THEIR findings. The results are available on line. However, I am not a doctor and do have any idea what the information presented in the results means to me. When I call to inquire of the results I am never directed to a live person. When I finally do get a live person, the individual on the other end of the line is always very rude. I don't feel Dr. Koppel or the staff at MBC value me as a patient at all. I will be moving on from MBC.

Best Doctor I ever had. He really cares about the overall health of the patient and goes deep into anything related or unrelated that could be affecting the patient.
