WORST RUN CLINIC
Communication here is a -2 out of 10 Like the other reviewer said, the doctor sees you ONE TIME EVER to discuss your medical issues and from that day forward you are trying to figure out with whom you can speak because it is definitely not going to be the doctor. and due to this, over the course of three years my medicine was so under ordered that it was actually pointless. My last visit the injections were done in the wrong place, magnifying the problem. So you're constantly head scratching over your options of who to call to get help, Should you try to reach out to a random nurse, the front desk, the evolving PA's, the office staff, perhaps a portal message to the wrong person, the guy blowing the grass out front? No one will tell you! It's like a creepy game of clue in a bizarrely run dystopian style office where most of the visitors are wearing something akin to pajamas, and everyone is being forced to take drug tests without being given any idea what they are testing for

Overall after 3 years I continue to get professional help with the Group. The staff is friendly, kind and caring; office is always clean. The actual visits go smoothly and are usually on time. They offer multiple treatments and services. During COVID they provided me with continued support. I’m so thankful for the progress I have made. I look forward to more of the same.

Dr. Pisaturo saw me at my first visit and afterwards, essentially never again. Not sure why he elected to be a pain doctor when he has no emphathy and won't even meet with patients about medication changes he demands. I've been dealing with a severe pain condition for over ten years that is documented and has required multiple surgeries. I don't even know if he realizes this since he never meets with me, but his nurses certainly don't seem to recognize it. I could not recommend enough that you avoid this "doctor" and his clinic.

The amount of time, level of interest, extent of his questions and the detail of his answers to my questions were all well beyond what I had experienced in my past. He remained involved at a primary level, meeting with me (in addition to his staff) during each appointment until the treatment plan was determined and he was able to confirm with me that it was working. Given the significant practice growth, I now see other clinic physicians, but could see him upon insistence. Highly recommended

Had my first appointment with Dr. P this week. He was excellent. Explained options, gave me information to research, was kind and caring. I wish all doctors, no matter their speciality, treated patients as he does. His nurse was also kind and sweet. She was great, as well as the office staff. I hope all of my visits go this well.
