Just what I needed!
I was uncomfortable asking for help but I knew I needed it and Dr. Strauss made me feel completely comfortable. He was professional and easy to relate to and after a year I feel like a new person and can't thank him enough!

Dr . Strauss has been treating my daughter for a couple of years now. My daughter is autistic and at times can be challenging. He understands those challenges and has been a great partner in her treatment. He gets her! He's thorough, compassionate, empathetic and runs a solid operation. He is a true professional.

When I first met Dr. Strauss it was not my idea. I had a serious concussion and was told by my physician that I needed cognitive behavioral therapy. I had very poor experiences with therapists in the past, but he was able to make me feel comfortable and very safe with my surroundings. What was only supposed to be for a few months lasted almost four years. He is very gentle in his approach as he treats individuals of all ages. I have never been happier and at peace.

Our two teens have been under the care of Dr. Strauss for at least five years. We have found him to be patient, thorough, compassionate and engaging. He makes himself available, whenever needed, returning phone calls quickly, and addressing the situation at hand. He is honest and direct, stating what he can and he cannot do to help. In unusual circumstances, he has stayed after his last scheduled appointment, to see us. His expertise and amiable disposition sets the tone for the entire office.
