I saw Dr. Wessel and he was awesome! He answered all of my questions and I felt like he really cared about my condition! I didn't feel rushed during the exam. The office staff were very friendly and helpful! Thank you all for a great experience!

Dr. Wessel saw my my grandma 3 times for her broken shoulder. Even though she wasn’t using it all he said that while it wasn’t healing correctly it was still healing and it wasn’t worth the risk to do surgery. Three days ago she fell and broke her hip. The Dr. that did her hip surgery noticed how unstable her shoulder was when he moved her arm. He asked about it and said her shoulder is completely unstable and not healing at all. My grandma can’t effectively use her walker with no right arm which has resulted in many falls at the nursing home(another fail by the medical system for the elderly). The Dr. that did her hip surgery replaced her shoulder the next day. Two surgeries back to back is rough on anyone but hopefully she will heal well and gain back some independence. I feel Dr. Wessel failed to weigh risk with overall safety and quality of life. I do not recommend him for elderly care!
