She caught my BP issue before my regular GP. She and her staff were genuinely concerned.

Dr. Kidd and the entire team at Gyn Today are beyond incredible! From the routine exams, to hormone therapy & menopausal care, to the full hysterectomy & oopherectomy Dr. Kidd performed on me 5 months ago, every experience has exceeded my expectations. The surgery was skillfully done, making recovery easy. Sierra, the procedure scheduler, worked hard to get me scheduled during a busy time of year and has always been communicative and kind. I also adore Linda at the front desk. She makes it seem like I'm walking in to see family each visit. I've also seen Nikala (PA) who is compassionate and very knowledgeable - another absolute joy to work with. Yona, the ultrasound tech, is skilled at what she does and has helped me in several ways outside her normal scope because she too cares about patients. I have been a patient here for a very long time, and always pleased, but this current team is the best yet! I feel heard, cared about, and provided excellent care. All are wonderful humans!

Don’t go here! Horrible doctor with bare minimum knowledge, just wants to bill your insurance and not find the true matter at hand. When requesting documents, staff was reluctant to releasing. Once received “test” results they were given to a secondary doctor for a second opinion. The new doctor said something is suspicious and very generic about the documents. Nothing adds up! Read other reviews prior to going to Alexandra Kidd.

I was referred to Dr Kidd by someone who I shouldn’t have trusted in hindsight. She did my hysterectomy and I knew my pain level was not normal a week later. She confirmed that I should’ve have been in that level of pain so I went into my post op - she rushed me out within 3 minutes after taking a bandaid off and telling me I was fine. 6 weeks later I discovered that she had put a hole in my bladder and I needed major pelvic reconstructive surgery, which could have possibly healed on its own had she done proper exams when I went in post-op. She also lied on the appointment notes, saying she had examined me and discussed my pathology in great detail, neither of which happened. To add insult to this horribly injury, I was charged for copays I didn’t owe and keep getting bills incl $100 FMLA . She referred me to a urologist who wasn’t in my network, delaying my corrective surgery by several more weeks. LADIES, DO NOT GET SURGERY WITH HER!!! I am so upset that I didn’t find someone else.

Really poor overall communication and management. They failed to tell us about things they needed for the appointment procedure. Then they tried blaming us and rescheduling us for later that day. So all in all, they lacked communication, blamed the patients, then rescheduled us. Wasting around 5 hours of our day in total.

I am surprised at the reviews. Every time I go in the staff and Dr Kidd are amazing!!!!

Dr. Kidd is absolutely wonderful! She is compassionate, kind and always goes the extra mile. Her office used to exude the same compassionate she demonstrates on a daily basis. New front desk staff has changed that dynamic. The lack of empathy displayed during my last few interactions does not do justice to Dr. Kidd. It's easy to say "no" or recite policy when convenient, but doing it with compassion and understanding is a talent. This talent no longer exist when one arrives for an appointment and is a detriment to the wonderful care that is received.

Would give a zero if possible! This woman is the worst doctor I've ever run across and I'm a retired RN so I've known some losers in my day. I was at her office for an annual and she started out asking me "about lovers." At first I didn't think she was talking to me so I didn't answer. Months later I found out via my insurance that she had worked me up for STDs. I'm 80 years old, married for 55 years and have NEVER had an STD in my life. I've reported her to the AZ Medical Board but how to do erase charges for such testing from Medicare and my secondary insurer? She's a filthy minded horrid woman. Avoid this practice at all costs. I wish I had. It's also obvious you can't trust that the physician's listed in that TOP DOCS magazine are competent.

I have been Dr. Kidd's patient for close to 10 years and have always received excellent care by her and her staff. She and her Nurse Practitioners are well educated, trained, skilled and attentive. If my appointment is due to a problem or if I have questions I receive all the time and information I need. If my appointment is more routine like my annual exam the appointment is to the point and I'm quickly on my way. She is an excellent surgeon as I had a hysterectomy a few years back with absolutely no complications. Her follow-up care was very thorough. I continue to have full confidence with my care by Dr. Kidd and her staff.

I read reviews before seeing Dr Kidd and was impressed by her 4.9 ratings. However I didn’t get a 4.9 Dr visit. It was horrible. I have seen her 4 times and each experience was bad. I kept giving her the benefit of the doubt but she disappointed each time. My husband wondered why I kept going but I was in a crunch and running out of insurance and needed a procedure ASAP. So I dealt with her. She is non caring, misses important things and rushes you. I just felt her care was suboptimal and would never recommend her to family or friends.

Very mixed feelings about my visit. For starters it was a NEW patient apt meaning she has never met or seen me so I expected a little more time discussing history and answering questions. She was very rushed came in and out of the room and then proceeded to tell me she had to be at another hospital in an hour and basically I am making her behind. Not a great first impression. It’s not the patients responsibility if you double book yourself. I rearranged my schedule to leave work early since my original apt was canceled due to her family emergency which I was very understanding about. She should allot adequate time to answer all question and do a full history for a new patient. She rushed out of room when I starting asking a few questions on contraceptives and redirected a nurse practitioner in my room (who was more sincere and considerate not rushing). Felt it was an unprofessional new patient experience and not sure if I can recommended her to other people based on my encounter

She was in a hurry, started the exam before giving any warning that she was going to start, and spent maybe 4 minutes max in the room. I saw her once before and she was great, but this second appointment gave me a completely different impression. She also asked me questions when she came into the room that lead me to believe she hadn’t reviewed my chart before she came in to do the brief procedure. I definitely felt I was a nameless body on an assembly line.

She is so approachable and easy to talk to . I never feel rushed or leave with a question not answered. I have referred several friends to her and we all love her.

Love Love Love Dr. Kidd she is kind, genital and respectful. Have done a hysterectomy with her and really enjoyed her bed side manner. Highly recommend her for ALL your womanly needs.

Dr Kidd is very competent and skilled and does what she can to help her patients! I highly recommend her!

I found Dr Kidd to be impatient and rushed when i asked questions about a procedure. Her answers were terse and i left feeling very frustrated knowing she was not the Dr for me. I got a second opinion from another Dr and she had a completely different opinion and recommended another treatment. This is a perfect example of taking charge of your healthcare and doing your due diligence. If i had gone with Dr Kidd's mindset i would have likely put my health in jeopardy.

Dr. Kidd preformed a hysterectomy on me several years ago. She is an excellent physician and surgeon. She is very kind and open and quite good at explaining what is going on with your body and what she will do to help. Great bedside manor. I highly recommend her.
