Ablist, Paternalist, w/ out of date knowledge
Very condescending manner. Extremely patronizing. Knowledge of several conditions EXTREMELY out of date. May be only few years from retirement and it shows, because I don’t think she’s read much about several v. common conditions since med school back in the 80s. Jumps to fast (wrong) conclusions w/o listening to pt. Has her favorite labels she wants to slap onto everyone whether they fit the diagnostic criteria or not; always likes to ride her favorite hobbyhorse. Has an extremely ablest approach to mental health. No respect for patients. Has a "doctor knows best" manner even if patient is very educated on their condition. Very disempowering.
