Staff Rude & Unable to get ahold of
I have been patient for years and all of a sudden can get ahold of anyway to make an appt. I tried for 2 months to get someone to call me back and they never did. Got lucky finally one day and someone picked up tried ot make an appt and they refused to make it because I was pumping and couldn't grab my insurance card which is already in the system). I asked if I could schedule and than call back with my card or bring it to my appt. She told me no to call back when I was done pumping. She refused to make the appt and now noone is answering the phone or messages again. Now they lost a patient because I can't keep waiting in pain for another 2 months before they answer again.

Compassionate and competent
Dr. Barbati was very accommodating and understanding of my situation. He took his time with me, answering my many questions . He displayed profound knowledge and conveyed it to me in an understandable manner. This was a very stressful situation for me, and he gave realistic and logical assurance that made things less difficult. Also, his treatment has markedly decreased my chances of further problems.

Dr Barbati seems cool, but his staff is rude. Half the time they don’t return my calls. I need a practice that is more accessible

Was dismissive of my extreme stomach pain. Didn’t even mention how I have been throwing up daily for months until I mentioned it again at the end of the already short appointment. His PA Emily Schneider is fantastic though, she listened to me and actually spent time getting to know my medical history and issues.

Office Staff
This office is absolutely the worst at answering the phone and returning voicemails !! I had to get a different referral from my PCP do to this issue. If that’s how you run your office, I definitely wouldn’t trust your medical advice !!

Dr. Barbati has been treating me for the last 26 years and is one the best Doctors I have had the opportunity to be associated with. He listens better than any other Doctor I have been around. He is always very caring and interested in your recovery and well being.
