Falling short
Dr Leong has been my doctor for years, but after the pandemic he has fallen short on Follow up and paying attention. he comes in with too many students which distracts the patients from remembering or feeling comfortable with him. He doesn’t make you feel secure with determining your wellness. When having a PCP you want let to go above and beyond as they would do for their loved ones.

The doctor is very patiently listen to my sickness. He is very kind and explain my symptoms and related medication versus side effects. He speaks softly and made me feel comfortable. I feel like he has healing power and I feel better faster. I will definitely recommend him to my family and friends.

Even by the standards of someone willing to wait 45 minutes past my appointment time, this was sub-par. Dr. Leong didn't apologize for the wait. He seemed tired--his manner was desultory, and this wasn't just a customer relations issue. He proceeded to mess up my prescriptions, somehow failing to understand "two pills, twice a day". Now he seems to have arbitrarily canceled my followup appointment to start his vacation a day early, no matter that my bloodwork showed some cause for concern.
