Excellent Functional Medicine Doctor in Dallas
Excellent functional medical doctor. My own family physician in Fort Worth wouldn't even allow newly diagnose Covid patients near the office, that's not being a Doctor! Dr Johnson treated it and knew more about it than anyone else in Dallas Texas. he diagnosed me for mold toxicity before that and his HBOT (hyperbaric oxygen treatment) got the mycotoxins out of my tissues well enough to feel good again. It may take a little longer to see him, but that's because he takes his time to consult each patient and get their full story. Recommended.

Three Hour Wait Times
I waited for three hours. I could have gotten hyperbaric oxygen treatment without an IV at home. People who are very helpful have assisted in getting an IV started on me.Grateful.Be wary of excessive oxidative stress taking HBOT without antioxidants delivered IV.Otherwise I have improved. But I was told the entire medical offering should be combined—allergy testing, glutathione and nutritional IV therapy and hyperbaric oxygen therapy. My back is killing me. I never expected to wait in a hard chair 3 hours at a time. Disautonomic patients should discuss the long sitting and waiting with Dr. Johnson prior to spending $30,000. Country should recognize mold toxins and offer care at the Cleveland Clinics. We are experiencing a national calamity.Dr. Johnson’s method is extraordinary and could cure most patients but the schedules are not adhered to. The long waits are painful and cause a feeling of deep seated regret. Very tough situation for caring doctor.

I was severely exposed to neurotoxins while living in an apartment. I Thankfully went to Dr. Johnson through a referral. Best thing I ever did. He treats a wide spectrum of environmental issues and neurological conditions. He will quickly recommend the correct testing and treatment for you, so you can begin to heal. I can tell you first hand,... if you’ve ever experienced having your brain set on fire (aka: mold toxicity), the last thing you need is to go to multiple Doctors who can’t figure out what is wrong with you And/Or who make you feel like it is in your head (like you’re crazy!)! This will absolutely not happen here! I Highly recommend Dr. Johnson

Dr Johnson has a great understanding of chemical sensitivity and related issues. I found the hyperbaric treatment to be effective, though the effect due t last. I couldn’t afford to do more. It is a crime that insurance does not cover this treatment. His adjustments for back pain work surprisingly well. Only physical treatment that ever helped my chronic pain. I have also very much appreciated Dr Johnson’s generous help with landlords with toxic accommodations.

Was charged a substantial amount of money for hyperbaric treatment that did not helped. Overall staff is very rude, unprofessional and sloppy in everything. From billing, they were a mess charging twice for procedures sometimes because they are very unorganized. The waiting time to see Dr johnson is very long and he really doesn't seem to pay attention to your symptoms or care enough to follow up with you about it.

I've been suffering from a chronic health condition for several months & Dr Johnson was the only doctor I saw in Dallas that was able to help me! Yes- you sometimes do wait in the lobby for 30+ minutes, but at my first appointment Dr Johnson spent 90 minutes with me. I'd rather wait for a doctor that will actually listen to me than get in quickly for a dr that won't spend more than 15 minutes w/ me. I don't mind paying for the appt up front & submitting to insurance after- he's worth it.
