After years of difficulty breathing through my nose, I had Functional Endoscopic Sinus Surgery (FESS) with Dr. Archilla, an outstanding ENT Specialist. He removed several polyps, and the improvement in my breathing has been dramatic. Dr. Archilla's expertise and compassionate approach made the entire process smooth and stress-free. The follow-up care provided by him and his dedicated staff has been top-notch. I plan on continuing my care with Dr. Archilla for years to come and highly recommend him to anyone in need of an ENT Specialist. His professionalism, skill, and genuine concern for his patients' well-being make him an exceptional doctor.

Schedule appointments every 10 minutes
Dr Archilla schedules appointments every 10 minutes. I was 40 minutes beyond my appointment time just getting in to see assistant, then another 15 minutes before I saw the doctor. Although he may be a good doctor, I won’t go back. And, the front desk staff person was rude.

Surgeon Par Excellence
In addition to the accurate compliments about Dr. Archilla’s bedside manner, I would like to add that he is an artist, achieving a level far above the mastery of technical skills. Knowing that other friends and relatives have had unpleasant experiences with deviated septum surgery, I was amazed and pleased about not needing pain meds for the first four days. In addition, the warnings that others had given were not applicable to me; I was able to use my CPAP by Day 2, I didn’t need extra gauze or any ice packs, and I could use my toothbrush. I have had a number of surgeries in the past, and this one offered the most pleasant, and likely, the most effective, recovery. P.S. All staff have been pleasant to me and have returned calls answering any questions that I had.

The worst office staff with zero communication
It is a shame that a good doctor will never be recommended because of his incompetent office staff. Pre surgery there was mis communication concerning the medications needed. Five phone calls to verify instructions. Post surgery was never told about medications that were needed to prevent complications. An tube dilation was performed on friday , suffered a whole weekend being uncomfortable and Monday morning after calling was told by the PA sorry, I guess the scripts got lost in the system, it doesn't matter (the scripts were an antibiotic and steroid - doesn't matter?) After the surgery was performed I finally got a phone call ok'ing a pain drug that should be taken prior to the surgery. The person who called complained that she was at home with a sick child with 104 fever. There is NO communication - they should at the very least have a printed handout with pre and post instructions that will answer any questions. The shame of this is that a good doctor can be effected by his staff

AVOID THIS OFFICE AT ALL COSTS
VERY UNPLEASANT OFFICE ENVIRONMENT STAY AWAY AT ALL COSTS. IF YOU DO NOT WEAR A MASK GOD HLP YOU. THEY WILL CHARGE YOU 1.00 CASH. IF YOU ONLY HAVE A DEBIT CARD THEY WILL TELL YOU TO GO ACROSS THE STREET AND BUY A MASK. WORST EXPERIENCE I EVER HAD IN MY LIFE. THE GIRL AT THE FRONT DESK WOULD OF DONE WELL IN A DIFFERENT ROLE IN AN ERA GONE BY. I REPEAT AVOID THIS OFFICE

Dr. Archilla is wonderful! He has been my ENT for about seven years, is personable, caring and gentle. He removes wax from my ears every two months and has diagnosed my vertigo and my husband's nasal drip. I highly recommend him!

This is one of the worst offices I have ever experienced. I came in for a scheduled appointment last week and nobody acknowledged me for almost 15 minutes. The Dr himself is amazing, but the staff in the front are awful. Very unpleasant girls, no smiles ect... Just give your money and that's it, type of attitude

Dr Archilla is a caring physician with a very nice manner. I was impressed with his staff once I was finally checked in at the front desk. It was as if I was invisible as there were no other patients waiting to get checked in. Other than this, everything went very smoothly from exam to audiologist to a physician assistant to go over my test results.

Dr. Archilla really helped put my wife and I at ease when we found out that she was diagnosed with acromegaly, a macroadenoma pituitary tumor. He is courteous, honest, and cares for his patients. He has an excellent ability at putting things in lay terms. We would definitely recommend him and his team (Neurosurgeon Dr. John Cantando) to anyone.

Today was my first visit. I had to wait about 2 weeks until I was able to see him but. It was definitely well worth it. I could have seen another doctor right away but i heard this doctor was wonderful. Dr. Archilla was very compassionate and explained everything to me. I can't say enough wonderful things and definitely would recommend him. He is great with people like myself who gets anxious going to doctors.. I also like the fact I can get my scans done at the office rather than go out.
