Dr. Alfredo Terrero, MD

Dr. Alfredo Terrero is the best doctor I have ever had. He is a dedicated, compassionate, and highly trained physician. He has provided invaluable care for me and my family. He is an excellent doctor and he listened to what you had to say. He went over all your problems in an easy to understand way and gave them solutions. His use of his technology to make things easier is definitely a big plus. After many years of searching, I finally found the perfect Doctor. Highly recommended!

I had been a patient of Dr. Terrero since 2009. I have found him to be a caring physician who listens and answers my inquires, both patiently and thoroughly. He has helped me to get healthier, he is a good doctor who cares about his patients. His staff is well trained and friendly. Dr. Terrero is an outstanding professional, he is proactive with your symptoms and will take good care of you.

Most unprofessional office ever - Kathy talks over you at every turn, they do not care about people, forcing them to come in during a pandemic, when a 5-minute phone call would accomplish the same thing - they do not care, they are rude and the doctor cannot read a lab report, then they lie about receiving the report and just are not worth your time - find another doctor who actually cares for people and not just money...AVOID!!!!

Dr. Terrero, friendly enough- either knows very little about the labs, doesn't try to find out, makes excuses or has a staff who is incompetent?! My son and myself had an office visit on Oct 29th. We both had abnormal blood tests(possibly serious)- my son has lost 70lbs in 4 months, and Dr. still has not explained them, nor did he recognize "metabolic" on the tests we had to recover because his office never gave a fax # to the lab. He tried to re order the tests w/o answering us(obviously he did not understand those were the same Tests, he has cancelled 2 appts- promising to call us back- in the last 2 months. If he doesn't understand the test results-he should call the lab itself. Lab will only give information to the ordering Doctor. We are stuck during a pandemic w/o answers! What does the office say? "Go somewhere else if you don't like it! "If my son has something seriously wrong that could have been helped or myself-this will serve as notice that he is at fault".-Terrified Mother

I have been a patient of Dr. Alfredo Terrero and I can say that he is a very professional doctor and an incredible human being endowed with very current scientific knowledge. Dr Alfredo clarified all my doubts from the beginning, he always answered my messages. All the staff at your clinic are very friendly and provide excellent service. Without a doubt, I would have another study done at your clinic and I recommend it for other clients who want an excellent service.

My mother and father (both elderly) went to see him for an annual exam as well as terrible sciatic pain. Since they got in the office his attitude was careless and arrogant. When my mother expressed her pain as well as her concerns of her situation, he became irritated and started rising his voice and belittling whatever they had to say. My review is one star due to ZERO stars not being an option. The fact that a DOCTOR takes upon an attitude of arrogance and belittling two senior (new) patients gets me so upset. My mother needed an MRI and he said "Your insurance is not even going to pay that" I'm not sure what type of doctor gives that as a recommendation if he isn't the one that is going pay for this exam. Besides my mother's experience, my father was in need of renewing his handicap decal, and he absurdly declined signing his papers due to him not qualifying for it. He is an 82 year old cancer patient under chemotherapy that is unable to walk 10 steps without getting dizzy and feel

The staff and atmosphere is super friendly. I highly recommend Dr. Terrero. He's wonderful, patient, and thoroughly listens to concerns, which is extremely important. He's the best! 5 stars!! ??

He is one of the best Doctors i'v ever seen. I feel like he and his wife are family,I trust him with my life.When I moved to fl I was very sick and the doctors in Houston was just stupid I ending up finding my self in the hospital and thank god Dr Terrero was on call that night I went it.He was a God sent to me.Thank You .
