Run Away
After waiting for almost 6 months to see Dr. Bader, we had a very negative experience. The initial appointment went ok. He mostly listened, recommended a medication change and follow-up tests. However, everything went down hill fast after that. He didn't put the tests in the system, so we had no way to schedule them. When we tried to reach him to follow up, he ignored portal message and voicemails. We had to call the patient advocate for him to call us back. Then, we went for one of the tests and he never called with results. After calling the patient advocate back, he called only to tell us the problem was we weren't following instructions. Meanwhile, our child remains sick. RUN AWAY.

Dr. Bader has been very attentive to my son's needs and care. He called on a Saturday because he wanted to check on how my son was doing. He makes sure to provide resources and information during each visit. He speaks to my son instead of through me, making my son feel a part of his care and decision making process. I would recommend Dr. Bader.

My daughter had an appointment for failure to thrive. All he wanted to do was write her a presciption to make her eat more. Eating is not an issue of hers. She is 10 months and eats as much as my 4 year old. He dismissed everything that was said and pushed the medicine. To say the least we will be finding a new provider.

Beware of this provider...extremely pessimistic and disappointing. We did not choose to see this doctor but had to be seen by him because of the sudden sickness of our child. This doctor has no people skills, doesn't explain anything regarding your child's health. Very tough to get any answers to what is happening to your child. Kept talking about surgery although surgery is usually the last resort in any treatment plan. We for sure will never see him again nor recommend him to anyone for sure
