Careless
Hadadz will take about 2 minutes to talk to you and rush you out the door, then billing insurance for his 'time.' He schedules appointments back to back in 15 minute intervals. His office is small and unable to handle blood or urine samples. He tries to advertise his cosmetic procedures. His staff openly complains about patients in front of other patients.

Excellent doctor. Friendly & knowledgable
Office staff very helpful and went the extra to help me with calling my insurance to change medical groups Dr Hadadz was friendly, patient with my questions and concerns, knowledgeable, and professional.

Wonderful and efficient experience
I Dion't understand the previous reviews. My experience we tremendous. The receptionist / assistant was very helpful, efficient and friendly. She handled my processing very quickly, despite some difficulties with the insurance company. I only waited a few minutes to see the Dr. When I did it was a very nice experience. He was professional, efficient, knowledgable and very friendly. He helped get referrals and testing arranged, and gave very similar advice that I had received from my previous Dr.'s.

The service provided by this office is atrocious. The lady attendant was absolutely appalling and needs to go back to school on how to communicate more efficiently and effectively. Not only were they rude and unhelpful, but they also seemed completely disinterested in assisting any and all of my concerns; in fact, she was condescending. I recorded all our phone calls- to show my case to Anthem on how I was treated poorly. We are what’s keeping you in business let me remind you. Despite repeated attempts to convey my personal concerns, she consistently displayed a lack of empathy and poor communication skills. It is completely unacceptable for a representative of your organization to exhibit such behavior and I urge you to address this issue immediately. Customers should feel valued and respected when dealing with your “office”, and this was far from my experience. I will be filing a formal complaint to the Better Business Bureau as well as Anthem. GET A NEW DOCTOR! You’ve been forewarned. All issues have been reported. I got my lab results done out of the office (extremely inconvenient) and it took them over a week to release my test results. I called to get an emailed copy and they wouldn’t release it. I still have yet to receive a copy of my test results as a patient. To make things even more hilarious he didn't know how to properly read my lab results- he said he didn't have the information on my HCG levels after explaining I've already suffered three miscarriages and it is and should be for him A HUGE area of concern for me. Then magically- when I explained to the “doctor” what HCG was— he found it on the “second page” as he mumbled. The incompetence is astounding. As a physician do better. And hire more competent people. And buy an exit sign.

Think ywice before going there.lack of responsability.they do not care of your health.you have to call back many times in order to be able to get a referral.the staff quit evry 6 months
