Since he has cancelled the last 3 appointments only the day before I have no idea about a visit. Considering changing to another doctor.

Waited 3 1/2 hours for this doctor usually its about 2 hours. They even asked us to come in early. 12 15 appt still waiting at 342. The staff offers no apologies or solutions. They are rude and dismissive. We would leave but have no choice due to surgical follow ups. This review wont stop this practice from its horrific management but i hope it stops at least one person from making an appointment with this practice.

He seems to be driven to provide the best care for each individual patient. Highly skilled in all the latest and cutting edge technics and procedures. He always answers all my questions, gives me the best options and sometimes spends 30 or more minutes during and after my office visits. If he's not your Urologist, you may not be getting appropriate care.

Very through care an excellent doctor and staff. I have complete confidence in Dr. Ali Kasraeian. He takes the time to explain the details of your care.

Today, May 25, 2021 it’s our first appointment at Kasraeian Urology Clinic at Jax Beach. The clinic itself is kinda new so it’s still clean, the staff are friendly, however, the WAIT is too long! We are now an hour and 10 minutes past our scheduled appointment. Considering we already came in 20 mins early. So that’s an hour and 30 minutes late and counting....booooo

The Dr explain in great details. His office staff very nice and work with the scheduling to get an appt that is best for you. Nurses excellent and office very clean.

Dr. Kasraenian is a good doctor and very knowledgeable, but the office experience is horrible. I have never waited less than an hour often times two hours. Once you get in back expect another 45-1 hour. To me that is total disrespect for your patients,

I just started seeing Dr. Ali and his staff. When other Urologists and Urogynecologists told me they could not help me, they haven't given up on me. Sometimes the wait is long but he is very thorough and gives you ample amount of time. He doesn't rush through your appointment.

Dr. Ali Kasraeian is excellent, however anytime I mention eating healthy, natural, and holistically he informs me that this does not help. Instead of encouraging me that healthy eating and including many fruits and vegetables is good. The reason for the 2 star rating is due to POOR office management at all of his offices. Each time I visit the office I always wait a minimum of one hour past my appointment time and sometimes upwards of two hours. This shows no value or respect for the patient.
