Not empathetic or caring!
Dr. Albers is not kind or empathetic. It took me years to get over what she did to me. I had a stillbirth at 38 weeks and was a very broken, barely able to get through my day person. I started having severe abdominal pains and did a few test and couldn’t figure out the problem. She sent me for an ultrasound. The pain that caused because of the reminder of all the ones I had with my precious daughter who was no longer with me was horrible. When it came back normal, she didn’t even look at me and said I can’t do anything else for you and threw a piece of paper at me and told me to go to a GI. I went and he was a man, but he listened and he said, I would order an ultrasound, but thought that would be hard on me so ordered a CT. However, in the mean time go ahead and try a probiotic as that helps many. He was so kind and empathetic. CT was normal, but a simple probiotic solved my problem. I was too broken from her to write a review before. I would never go to her again.

Lucky patients who get to work with Dr. Albers. She was my doc for many years and helped me with issues even during a period that I lived overseas. I'm happy to see her name again, even if she isn't working in my city anymore. Best wishes to you as you move forward, Doc.

I’m heart broken to find out Dr. Alberts is no longer at the clinic I visit for my health care problems. She was very caring and concerned doctor who cared about your health and if she didn’t have a answer she made sure she sent you to a specialist for answers. If she’s still practicing someone else let me know where I can find her so she can still be my doctor.

I have loved Dr Albers for the last year. But in the last three months-I’m not sure what is going on! I wish her office would let me know. She is totally unavailable. Is she sick?? They have canceled my appointments for the last three times. The office staff here is so unbelievably RUDE and unhelpful!! Don’t bother trying to complain! The office manager is one of the rudest people I have talked to in a long time. I’m sorry to say that I will be looking for a new doc. Dr Albers was the only reason to stay in such a poorly run practice. I would definitely NOT recommend!!!

Dr. Albers has been my primary care physician for over 12 years. I wouldn't go to anyone else. She ALWAYS finds a way to make you feel better and looks for different options of care until the target is met. And her sweet disposition makes going to her a pleasant experience even under the worst circumstances.

I needed a new primary care doctor and I am so glad I chose her. I think she is about the best physician I have ever had the experience to see. I had to wait a bit but she was worth waiting for. She does not rush you and she is very thorough. She explains things, doesn't judge you. I would highly recommend her if you are needing a new primary care physician

You will not find a more compassionate, thorough physician! I no longer see the pediatrician with my children either. She sees the entire family. Very personable. She does take her time with patients, but it’s worth the wait!

Dr. Albers is an amazing doctor! She's very throrough, takes the time to explain what tests are being run. She truly cares about her patients. I have no issues with wait times and even if it did take a bit, you are seeing a great doctor with a heavy patient load. She refers me to specialists she knows can help take care of issues not handled in family practice and follows up on those visits as well. I'm glad I have such a wonderful doctor to get me over the bumps of having complex issues

She was very nice and informative about what procedure she was going to do for me and what it was testing. However the wait time was ridiculous! I don’t know if that had to do with the actual hospital itself or the doctor. I was waiting for 25 after the nurse took all my vitals for the actual doctor. Once she got into the room the nurse hadn’t put all the tools she need to take the test. She had to leave the room twice for materials. By the time I left the office I had been there for 1 hr 45 min
