Best Doctor
I am a former patient of Dr. Althiemer--not by choice, she moved to a new practice. If I could follow her to Taylorville I would. She cares. She spends time with you, she's thorough, and she LISTENS. Highly recommend. I'm so sad she moved.

Dr Altheimer takes the time to get to know you and your needs. She treats you like family. Hshs lost out on a good one but I will follow her wherever. She is truly the best and I trust her.

Dr Altheimer
Dr. Altheimer is one of the absolute best Physician I ever had, I went to her in a middle of a mess! I am a nurse , was in a very bad MVA having multiple surgeries with many complications, my Dr prior to her quit at SClinic. She was extremely thorough and I felt I was in very good hands, HSHS is going to realize what they have lost , I hope they are sorry about 6 weeks down the RH oaf, guarantee they will wish sad he hadn’t been let go! She has an abundance of patients that would follow her, so when we all find out where she ends up HSHS WILL BE LOSING A LOT OF PATIENTS!!!She is sweet, li ing , and compassionate about her work ! We all love her!!! She truly cares about my patients!!!!!!!! She herself would call you in a few days to check on you herself, not a nurse! L you sure don’t find that anymore ! She is the best!!!!!

HSHS cares little for patients
Dr. Altheimer has been my primary care physicial for several years. She is terrific. But now HSHS is letting her go and replacing her with a nurse practitioner. Many nerse practitioners are great, but they are not physicians. Clearly HSHS cares more about corporate income than patient

Don’t Let Her Go
Don’t let Dr Alicia Alzheimer go. She is a gem of a doctor worth twice that of what any other doctor. She is able retain all knowledge of your previous visits and her referrals regarding your health. She is very skilled and knowledgeable. I don’t know where I’m going to go when they let her go. But I will not be going back to the same practice because she is not there.

UPSET THAT HSHS IS LETTING ALICIA ALTHEIMER GO EFFECTIVE 11/10/23!!!! She is compassionate, knowledgeable and personable. Has a five star rating. Does this make sense to anyone. One of the very best in her field!!!

Wonderful Dr and person
Dr. Altheimer is a compassionate and knowledgeable physician. She has a warm caring personality and makes the time for her patients even when she is busy. She makes you feel comfortable and at ease.I would recommend her as a family physician to anyone looking for a competent caring Doctor.

Had a great first visit with Dr. Altheimer. She asked lots of questions and listened attentively to my answers. I felt very comfortable with her. She called the next day and left detailed information about my blood tests. I feel I made a good choice!
