Horrible!!! I was shifted around to nurse practitioners (CNA’s) Who did not know how to call in my prescriptions kept leaving the practice and I would have to see a new person and give information all over again. They were released me from their practice December 2019. Did not care about my mental state told me I was in noncompliance because I missed an appointment. That appointment was missed due to my father‘s death, which they did not care about, and ask real questions about the funeral!!! Subsequently, my daughter goes to the same practice and was denied treatment because they said she was released in December. She stated that it was her mother that was released and not her!!! They cannot even keep their patients straight I highly recommend people to find another practice and steer clear of this one!!!

After the staff forgot about me in the room that they put me in, I had to go seeking the doctor. I've gone to the clinic for more than a year with great results from the other doctors, but have always had a terrible experience with the clinic's administrative staff. When I saw Dr.Austin, not only did she change my rx that another doctor in her practice prescribed, but blamed me for the only feedback I gave on the rx. Completely inexcusable and now forces me to seek another doctor. NOT returning.
