Dr. Alicia Shelby, MD

I came in with my cousin and aunt and this Hefer was rude. She told the room is small and can I go sit in the waiting area. She did not know what my relationship was to the patient. After a second her common sense kick in and she asked me who I was to the patient. Her tone, are you kidding me I am not a young adult. This Hefer and I are basically the same age. In my opinion she needs to have a medical board review done on her. I was in the medical field and I have never ever talk to a person like that. So I held my composure that time, but next time I am not if she ever speaks like that again to me, I promise I am giving back that same energy she giving.

She is condescending when dealing with her patients. I understand she is a young doctor but she needs to stop thinking she is superior to everyone. Stop and listen young lady instead of running over your patients and their families with all your knowledge. Very unprofessional!!!
