Newly established patient with Dr. Wertz
Dr. Wertz is a pleasant, informative, considerate, and compassionate physician. She takes time to teach and explain illness and intervention with a definite focus on prevention. She is quick to respond via email and has been such a blessing to my children, who lost their beloved pediatrician to cancer, and myself, who desired a change to a female practitioner.

Will Not Respond
Requested a refill of a prescription and I use a mail order pharmacy. The doctor’s office sent my prescription to the pharmacy and indicated not to fill until November 11th. I previously explained to the doctor’s office that with mail order pharmacies they will fill it early to allow for mailing time so the customer doesn’t go several days without their medication. The doctor’s office refuses to listen and will not release the hold nor will they return my calls. If you are looking for a new doctor, DON’T SELECT DOCTOR ALINA WERTZ!

Very Attentive
Today was mine and my husbands 1st. visit with Dr. Wertz. We both loved her care and attentiveness to our questions and request to referrals. She gave both us some much needed advice for our future health and care. We look forward to our future care by her and her staff. Thank You Dr. Wertz
