Unprofessional
During regular business hours, I've waited for the phone to be answered up to 10 minutes, then I just gave up. When I did talk to the staff members, they didn't explain the office policy clearly. With one, l tried to get clarification, she said, "You don't have to get an attitude.", then hung up. Believe me, I don't have time to be unpleasant on the phone. My husband has been bed bound/sick since 2021, I have a lot of patience with medical offices. Between multiple doctors and procedures, there is too much work to get done to fulfill my husband's needs. I am pleasant and as efficient as possible, because I do it every week. With this office, it's been 2 months of delayed treatment, trying to get an appointment. In the end he was denied an appointment and she hung up the phone in middle of my sentence. I consider the staff to be a reflection of the doctor and the office management. This staff needs training in: office policy, manners, and professionalism. (06/2023)

Horrible
I am disappointed with the lack of care I received. Dr. Rebentish brushed me off and did not address my concerns. She was rude, condescending, and dismissive. Also, the front desk person (Rita) is unprofessional and rude. I'm shocked at how she raises her voice at patients. Their scheduling system is a mess. They rebooked me three separate times for one appointment and also gave me the incorrect appt. time. They are overbooked to the point where their small waiting room was standing room only and no room for social distancing.

Completely Lacking Professionalism
Brutally horrible communication skills by the staff. Terribly unprofessional! It is easy to see why the scores here are so bad. I would NOT see this doctor again under ANY circumstances.

Dr. Rebentish and her staff are very professional. She treated me for an infected knee. I felt I had the best of care throughout my recovery. The office is extremely clean and modern. I highly recommend Dr. Rebentish.

A horrible, disrespectful medical professional. Kept cutting me off as I was trying to ask questions to obtain medical guidance, she walked in and out of the room many times while I was still speaking and only cared about pushing a a life-long medication treatment without even walking me through the steps. When I said I needed more information she escorted me out of the room and said that once I become ill and believe the result to come back and start the treatment. The worst kind of doctor there is!

I tried to schedule an appointment and the staff (Rita in particular) were unnecessarily rude and condescending. I've been to a fair number of doctors' offices in my life and I've never been treated so poorly.

I have been a patient of Dr Rebentish for several years. When I first saw Dr Rebentish, I was in bad shape. Dr Rebentish explained my health issue and what medical plan was best for me. Dr Rebentish was very caring and provided excellent sound advice. Dr Rebentish also provided counseling and support information. Dr Rebentish and her staff have provided excellent health care and today I feel wonderful. When I have an issue someone from the office call me usually the same or next day. I receive a call to remind me to have my blood work completed before my next office visit. Dr Rebentish have me do blood work every 3 months to monitor and catch any medical issues. Today because of Dr Rebentish and her staff excellent health care I can enjoy my life with no worries.

I went to this office because my prescription was about to expire, I needed refills, and labs done. Doctor Alka Rebentish refused to give me a refill for my prescription until my labs came in. By then though, I would have already ran out of medication, there for possibly becoming resistant to the medication. I've never been to a doctor who refused me my meds, until labs. It seems like malpractice, and her certification should be reviewed. This is a life saving medication.

I've been a patient of Dr Rebentish for years, I have always been treated very well. Sadly in the last year or so what used to be a 10-15 wait time to be seen has turned into a 90 minute wait time on my last 3 appointments.

After 2 appointments, Dr. Rebentish wasted over 4 hours of my time, sent me for bloodwork to check for things that had already been ruled out over the past 6 months, and refused to even speak about the reason I was there . After I walking yesterday, saying thanks for nothing, I received a call today for a referral appointment I wasn't even asked about, for something that is unrelated to my condition, that I forcefully told her I didn't want. There are better Dr.'s out there to be found.
