Dr. Alka Sachdeva, MD

Never on time to any scheduled appointments and only spends a few rushed minutes during visit. Takes days to receive response regarding issue the appointment was made for. Followed bad advise passed along by her office staff from "her," who apparently doesn't keep the best records and ended up worse off. Her office is primarily run by PAs wearing multiple hats with little oversight. Will, a non-medical trained front office staff, seemed integral in helping Dr. Sachdeva make medical decisions instead of communicating directly.

It took me a while to find a doctor that made me feel comfortable and welcome! Dr. Alka as well as her staff are awesome, they listen and give the best advice. Dr. Alka really strives to give the best care possible to each of her patients.

Best family doctor ever. We are treated like family. You are not just a number. Amazing staff, they do anything and everything to help you and get you the best care. We love this doctor and office staff!!!

Dr. Alka is our favorite Medical provider. She is always friendly, thoughtful, and puts our concerns first. I can not speak more highly of her. The staff is always helpful and my experience with other medical professionals in this office has always been above my level of standards.

This practice is terrific. Dr. Alka combines expertise and a willingness to listen and discuss. Also, the staff is very friendly and professional. I’ve never had to wait more than a few minutes when I arrive on time for an appointment.

Dr. Alka has been my primary for several years and is caring, practical, knowledgeable and listens. Not much more I could ask for. I feel comfortable that she is looking after my well-being.

Dr. Sachdeva is incredible. Not only has she taken great care of my health, but also she is lovely to speak with at every appointment. It’s rare to find a doctor that combines such personal touches and care for a patient as a person with outstanding quality of medical care. I highly recommended becoming her patient.

I’ve been here a few times and I’m very pleased with the front desk, Mr. Will the Assistant Nurse to the Doctor and Dr. Sachdeva. I’ve been to multiple doctors in the area who disappointed me in lack of caring and knowledge. This doctor takes her time to answer questions and her assistant is very caring and knowledgeable. Finally after 4 years of being in the area I found my doctor.. it’s also easy to get an appointment if you can’t see the dr you can see the nurse.

This is a very smart doctor. She is very caring and concern. We were happy to find a great doctor after moving here from New York City.

If could give her 10 stars, I would. She is caring and really listens to the patient. Her advise is always 'spot on'.
