Would not recommend
Dr.Neyshtadt is very unprofessional and careless doctor. Arrogant, mean person. The worst experience ever.

Caring and Available
Dr Neyshtadt has always been interested and available. She returns emails quickly even on wekends, and has an assistant who calls to check on my status and make recommendations. Even though I was under the care of a cardiologist. Even when I was out of the country she responded to me and assured me that I was in good hands. She also make an appointment for me when I came home, and even made an an appointment with a plastic surgeon for me. Doesn't get much better than this

Dr. Neyshtadt dismissed some severe symptoms I was having for over a week, including severe headaches, stiffness in my neck and fever. She told me the neck pain was probably muscle pain and the headaches might be related to seasonal allergies. A few weeks later, I ended up at the ER due to swelling in my optic nerve and increased intracranial pressure. I was really upset about the fact that I spent about a month with this life-threatening condition and my symptoms had been dismissed. I also asked her for a referral to a hematologist since I suffer from an autoimmune blood disorder, and she condescendingly told me that I didn't need one since it was probably related to my period. I should clarify that there were exams done at the ER that showed I was anemic at that point.

Very attentive!!
She is wonderful and always accessible even on nights and weekends! Her team is wonderful as well! I trust her judgement and she is smart and personable! Highly recommend her! Emma Mintz her NP is one of the most thorough clinicians I have ever encountered. They take their time on exams and review the chart and come up with a plan! Great team!! Also, Rosa her Medical Assistant also fabulous!

She is only interested in healthy patients to earn money on vaccinations and yearly check ups. If you become sick and in need of a medical help, she'll dismiss you. I was her patient for 15 years until I got sick with a virus. After a hospitalization due to tachycardia attack the hospital doctors referred me back to my PCP (her) for monitoring my condition. During my visit she started screaming at me in the office that I shouldn't come to her and that she couldn't help me.... It was really inappropriate since I was having a high blood pressure and tachycardia during that visit. I'm glad I didn't develop a stroke while she was screaming at me. I left her practice. I found a Real Doctor who cares about patients.

I just called to make an appointment as a new patient because the doctor came highly recommended by a nurse. I was immediately asked what kind of insurance I have and, phew!, she will accept my insurance...but maybe not me? I'd have to fill out a form and let her decide if I can be a patient of hers! Am I good enough to pass the test??? She needs to retire!
