Dr. Allain Girouard, MDPA

I saw Dr. Girouard just after moving to the area with extreme knee pain. I’d had arthritis for years and had had issues before that after tearing everything in my knee as a kid. He refused to listen to me and instead marched me to the height-weight chart to belittle me about my weight. Losing all the weight in the world will NEVER make cartilage grow back! When I finally was able to get a word in edgewise and asked what we could do to help, he dismissively said cortisone shots were the only option. I left in tears and never returned. Thank God I found a compassionate surgeon years later in Dr. Keen.

Dr. G has taken care of my whole family and looks for other avenues other than just surgery! Seven years ago he rebuilt my son’s ankle when no one else would help him! I trust Dr. Girouard !

I had back surgery in 2000 and have had trouble ever since with more pain now than before the surgery! Now 18 yrs & 2 more surgeries later and still suffering. He did keep me well stocked on pain meds though!????????????????????? Thank you MCL.

I will never go no refer no one to this Dr he doesn't meet your needs he's off topic and unprofessional i I was warned about him but thought I'd give it a try worst discussion never again he stated my whole visit that i needed to lose weight I'm a patient that's in a lot of pain and you can only tell me that i need to lose weight worst experience...

I am soooo excited to find him again!! Made my appointment to see him!! He comes to Palm Coast once a month...which works out GREAT for me!!
