Mohs procedure on nose
I was worried when I saw the size of the site where the cancer was removed. Dr. H reassured me that he would see it through. Two appointments with injections. Last appointment was resurfacing. Looks fantastic!

Outstanding practice
Dr Harrington and staff are the most professional caring skilled providers my husband and I have ever experienced. My husband has had 3 MOHS surgeries on his face and it is difficult to even see where they were. The staff are all very personable, friendly, and very caring. You can tell by the way the staff welcomes you at the front desk that it is a very well run practice. Everyone seems happy and caring about the customer We cannot recommend this practice and Dr Harrington more highly.

After Mohs surgery in 2019
After Mohs surgery in Dec of 2019 with Dr Harrington his surgery left vascular scarring on my face. He did acknowledge this and said he would repair these issues. After 2.5 years of phone calls, text messages and in person appointments he finally said he would not do any repairs. Please take this into consideration before you book any Mohs appointment with this "Dr".

Bad experience postop. Had single layer MOHs on my face. Called within 1 week postop concerned that it was infected - was told “use warm compresses”, requested an appointment and was refused. Called back 1 week later - same story. Incision became abscessed- had to see a different surgeon for the proper follow-up care. At initial MOHs surgery was given “Dr Harringtons cell number” in case of issues, had sent several messages but never got any response. Not sure what was going on with this office but what should have been a simple procedure turned into a nightmare.

This office always over schedules and had no respect for their patients time. I had a mohs procedure done here with only one layer removed. It scarred very badly. The dermatologist recommended I go see the surgeon to see if he could improve upon the scar. I waited for an hour for that scheduled appointment. This is after I waited two hours for the mohs procedure appointment. Completely unprofessional. If you want a good result with an office that respects your time, don't go here.

Dr. Harrington saw my boyfriend for 4 places of cancer on his leg. It was a heroic surgery and he and his team were very professional and compassion. I would highly recommend him.

Dr. Harrington and his complete staff are very nice and professional. I had some bcc removed from the top and back side of my ear. He got me in sooner than I could get in to my doctor down in Southern Maryland. I was very grateful for this and I knew I would be taken care of by the best. I have heard nothing but good things about Dr. Harrington and had confidence that I was in good hands. Thanks to him and his staff for taking care of me. I can't wait to see what his looks like when healed!
