I had a biopsy done and the resulting bills for the service came from the doctor, labs, other doctors and a billing hospitals that explained that they do the billing for the doctor. A previous biopsy by another doctor did not raise any concerns about the costs and as far as I remember was less than $100.00. The bill from Dr Futral is simply outrageous and I haven't even bothered to visit him for the results nor have I gotten a call from his office.

I was impressed with his dedication to the principle of "treating the whole patient."He listened with an intensity that was apparent. He talked about the causes and effects that was easy to understand. He discussed the pro's and con's of different treatments. He was professional and personable, just as a skilled physician should be. I rate him a number ten.

Four years ago, I went into renal failure due to numerous kidney stones...the largest of which was blocking the ureter. I should mention that I only have one kidney. Dr. Futral initially stabilized my kidney and, subsequently, removed NUMEROUS stones. Should I have to have kidney stone removal again in the future, I wouldn't want anyone but Dr. Futral performing the surgery.

I have had a couple of appointments to see Dr. Futral over the course of about 6 years. The quality of staff service has always been excellent from registration through preliminary workups. The staff is congenial an professional.
Dr. Futral is always friendly with a pleasant disposition that keeps you at ease. He listens to concerns and provides well thought out recommendations and guidance. He is not rushed in his evaluations and explains the basis for his analysis.
