What can you say about a business that does not return phone calls, messages nor emails? Nothing. It's like there is noone here. When you call the phone number you either get a Indian sounding person (not the woo-woo kind) who trys to reel you in but doesn't actually make appointments and leaves you hanging on pause while he contacts the office...nice guy actually. Or, you get a woman who puts you on hold then leaves you there. Or nobody. I left 3 messages all which were unanswered. I found Dr. Masry's email on one of his contact pages and sent him an email requesting an appointment. No response. Don't waste your time with this unprofessional guy.

Dr. Masry actually cares about his clientele. He cares about ones life and treatments . I can’t say that about other drs in the area

Dr. Masry is a kind, down to earth, straight to the point...listens to a patient's over all well being. His availability is great...he's VERY PROMPT with returning phone calls to myself...or the pharmacy....he's the best Dr I ever had quite frankly...I'd definitely recommend Dr. Masry to any friend or even a stranger to him for recovery & any/or any other issues he maybe able to assist with...

Dr. Masry truly cares about the well being of his patients. He sometimes is a little behind schedule because he gives each patient the individual care and attention they need. He maintains good communication during treatment and listens to feedback.
