please and please, be mindful of this practice. from staff to dr, to physician assistant are terrible with attitude and lack empathy. for such a sensitive practice services, i should think they should have empathy and genuine care. the lakewood office front desk ladies are extremely terrible and lack customer service. they speak to you like you are nothing. it's all about money. not recommended at all. all the processes i went through failed, and not a mere call to show concern. rather they started sending me deal that dropped from the originalquote of $17.999 to $9.999. meaning ivf shouldnt be that expensive to help people who needs to get pregnant. dont fall victim. now they took me to collection without giving me the breakdown of the bill they claim o owe. i couldnt even ask a question, because the lady from lakewood office kept yelling over my voice, and i got exhausted. and got off the phone. it's was an extremely bad experience. procedure failed, attitude towards me was shocking, and i literally am having a depression about this whole thing

My wife and I paid out of pocket, borrowing money and having to take out a loan for the procedure. My wife was never monitored correctly for a preexisting condition she had and lost the pregnancy as a result. When confronted we were told well you can try again. No apologies, no offer of a discount or payment plan offered. They were very thankful that we paid than when something went wrong they help zero liability.The whole experience was very unprofessional. We had nothing left to try again. Afterwards all of this, we were trying to recover and forget about the experience. Then I get constantly harassed to pay them for something was already paid for in full. We were told it was a clerical mistake. Fine no big deal, except the calls, texts, and emails continued about a bill that was owed. Hopefully no one else goes through the fiasco we experienced. My recommendation would be to look elsewhere.

Dr. Morgan's staff was amazing throughout the whole process. They were always friendly and eager to help.

Dr. Morgan and his staff are very compassionate. They work with you,listen to you as the patient and always do what is best for you. I always felt like my questions were answered and that they cared about me.

Dr. Morgan and his entire staff are wonderful. We didn't know what to expect the first time we came here but Dr. Morgan put us at ease and made us feel so comfortable. He is truly a miracle worker!! We were only able to get two eggs at retrieval and still got pregnant the first round of IVF. The staff treats you like family, they are always happy and answer all your questions. This has been a truly wonderful experience for us and we highly recommend Dr. Morgan for all your fertility needs.

We had been trying for one year and four months before coming to Doctor Morgan. Within 6 months we were pregnant after one IUI. Him and his staff were absolutely amazing. We would highly recommend him to anyone having fertility issues.

They are easy to reach and have a quick response time and they were always very accommodating. They enabled us to fulfill our dreams! We highly reccomend them!

I was told I should have zero problem becoming pregnant, yet after 2 failed IUIs and one failed FET, I wasn't. We just kept doing procedures without figuring out the root of the problem. Jennifer D was the best part of the experience, made me feel calm every morning! Communication with other office staff SEVERLY lacks. I was not even made aware I had signs of OHSS until after egg retrieval. It was a he said/she said on who was supposed to notify me and that was extremely upsetting.

Dr. Morgan and his staff are excellent. They all take such great care of us.

I am in my late 30's and Morgan gave us a hope. I am in my 2nd trimester. Morgan is THE BEST. We GOT what we wanted to get. Other things like appointments ease , office environment and staff kindness are secondary.

I've been trying to get pregnant for 8 years and then I found Dr. Morgan and he has been excellent. It took me a couple of times trying to conceive but he made sure I was going to get my baby. Here I am finally pregnant this is the most wonderful feeling in the world. Thanks to him and his awesome staff.

My experience has been good. The wait time is short and the staff is friendly. Office hours are convenient and the patient portal is updated with test results in a timely fashion.

Best doctor for your infertility problems. Dr.Morgan makes your dreams come true. I got pregnant after 2 tries. I would definitely recommend you to give him a visit. All his staffs are wonderful,they make sure you feel right at home.All The nursing staff,especially Diana the autrosound tech,and Darlene who draws the blood. They all keeps a mile on your face.
