I was very satisfied with my visit and the information that was given to me. As another person said I don't understand all of the poor reviews.

Very lovely dr
After reading these reviews , I thought I was in the wrong office. I found Dr Reisman very approachable, easy to talk to and very patient. I had been to another dr who was the opposite which is why I changed to Dr. Reisman. The office and staff are wonderful

Martin Health recommended Dr Reisman to me because I needed a doctor to look at my ears. After I made the appointment, I looked up Dr Reisman to see where his office was. I saw these not-very-complimentary reviews and I was prepared to meet Godzilla! But what I encountered was very pleasant — and all I could ask for in a doctor. His medical assistant was friendly and competent. Dr Reisman came in fewer than 5 minutes later. He was personable, understanding and displayed an [appropriate] sense of humor. He was a human being, taking care of a problem with my ears! I will go back to him whenever the need arises in the future and I have recommended him to a friend and to my husband. I just felt I had to document my experience with Dr Reisman so that future patients can see him with confidence.

Hands down worst dr I’ve ever had. Cold & indifferent when I shared my concerns w/ him. Been having issues with my sinuses, tonsils, & ears for several mo. & treated w/ antibiotics 2x in the past 1.5 mo. Wouldn’t let me speak for myself- just looked at vague notes from express care referral. Saw him for 7 min. tops just for him to refer me to an audiologist. Kept trying to bring up my more pressing issues but he WOULD NOT listen. Told him I’ve had repeated serious bouts of tonsillitis/had tonsillectomy suggested previously. Looked at my tonsils for 2 secs, said they looked totally normal (they’re definitely not). Unbelievably poor bedside manner. Acted like I was irritating him/wasting his time. Wasn't even able to tell him I’d been coughing up blood the day prior, or that half the time I can’t swallow bc of post-nasal drip. Couldn't get a word in edgewise no matter how hard I tried. PLEASE DONT GO OFF CCF WEBSITE REVIEWS & WASTE YOUR TIME/MONEY! I fully plan on getting a 2nd opinion.

He wasn't personable, I felt like a number. He couldn't find anything wrong even though I have tongue and lips swelling. His answer to my question on why this was happening his response was I don't see anything I really don't know. Told me I need a allergist and good luck walked out the door. He didn't give me any refferals and left me hanging. Wouldn't refer him to anyone

I saw Dr. Riesman for chronic sinus congestion. He ordered a CT scan and then diagnosed me with nasal polyps. I was referred to a allergist who determined I was allergic to mold. Dr. Riesman performed surgery to remove the polyps. Today is day one post-operation and I have minimal pain. Yet to be determined whether the congestion has been remedied, but I am satisfied with the progress thus far. My only complaint would be the two months I had to wait to get in for surgery.

WARNING! After explaining that I had felt a pop and extreme pain on a flight, followed by significant bleeding, drainage, and hearing loss, this "doctor" spent less than 2 minutes in the room and about 15 seconds looking in my ear before telling me i had an ear infection and rushing me out. I wound up needing two surgeries to completely reconstruct my eardrum and a prosthetic implant. He's a disgusting human being, and an even worse doctor. I wouldnt spit on him if he was on fire.

When I first met him, he had a disbelief on his face. He asked me what the problem was today. I told him that I have acid in my mouth, that was causing discomfort. He told me acid doesn't go into your mouth. Acid does go into your mouth. It's called I have Gerd. I have BMS (Burning Mouth Syndrome). I called it Acid Mouth Syndrome in his office, but he still should have been able to connect the two, since acid causes burning. Don't go to this doctor, doesn't take you seriously.
