Dr. Schreiber is different from many other doctors as he does not present a "Pollyanna" approach in discussing your condition. I like the up front diagnose approach without sugarcoating. For 30 years he has been my Doctor and the promptness which I can get an appointment, the precise diagnosis given and his caring attitude are all appreciated. He has bulldozed diagnostic service providers for me so that I can get promptly treated for some serious disease issues.

This man * knows what he's doing* which is such a breath of fresh air. I had been sumarily dismissed by doctors on auto-pilot for 6 months before having the incredible luck of getting an appt with Dr. Schreiber. Go this doctor if you want a legitimate expert.

Questionable billing practices and I am shocked at how rude the lady at the front is. I will not be returning because of her. I had a simple question about the way I was billed and she immediately had an attitude.

don’t waste your time, money, sanity. It is obvious that Dr. Schrieber and his dusty receptionist care little of most of their patients. Unless of course you have something to do within media or broadcasting.

My wife went in for a consult and was appaled at his arrogance and poor patient manner. Why would people that get into health care be so poor with people. Maybe he was having a bad day, but looks like he has many of them...

I had a colonoscopy this morning. It was my first time meeting Dr. Schreiber. I found him to be very personable and he has a great sense of humor. I was in and out of the procedure in 20 minutes. He met with my husband after the procedure and gave him the results. I was told to call his office if there were any complications and to call even if it was Sat or Sun and not wait until after the weekend. I also found his staff to be very friendly.

I would not recommend Dr. Schreiber to folks suffering from GI issues. I was completely unimpressed by his arrogant demeanor and ways of practice. Schreiber made me go through multiple VERY expensive tests (including an endoscopy which is over $6,000 at the hospital of HIS choice). I made a follow-up appointment, paid the $50 co-pay only to sit in his office to me why we did the endoscopy and for him to tell me I simply have IBS and that there is no cure. SO infuriating.
