Both the doctor and my nurse were very attentive and answered all questions. I did not feel rushed and felt I was given my due time and concerns.

Poor excuse for a doctor! Go seem him for a serious medical condition and he says have you seen your psychiatrist. Ended up in the hospital for 3 days because of his neglect!

Dr. Allen Tsui has been my primary care physician for over ten years. I have seldom met or had the pleasure of a physician who demonstrates a better concern for those in his care. My experience is that Dr. Tsui is always courteous and extremely detailed in his evaluation and review of any medical issue brought to his attention; with immediate referral to the appropriate specialist needed.

I've been seeing Dr Tsui several years. I generally get an appointment promptly, rarely have a long wait when I arrive. I feel like Dr Tsui takes time to listen. I had a medical concern I discussed with him. I disagreed with him on what was wrong - turned out he was right. No, he isn't big on eye contact or super sweet bedside manner, but I feel he's competent and thorough and that's what really matters in the long run. I recommend him to friends.

Dr. Tsui is a joke. I can’t even believe he is a doctor! He has no bedside manner, he also doesn’t listen to you when you have Legitimate concerns. Oh and don’t be in pain cause if you are he treats you like a drug addict! He is the worst unprofessional doctor I have ever encountered!

I have a chronic ear infection and the office of Dr. Tsui is aware that this is an ongoing problem. I called as soon as the office opened and requested an appointment or a refill. Called office and was told he was given the note and had no response ( this was 3pm). I am outraged at the lack of communication the office or doctor gave me. Please reconsider making an appointment with this office. OUTRAGED !!!!!!
