Dr. Allison Beauneir, DO

I had a bill with questions--so I left 2 messages. No one called. So I went in and spoke with the front desk--and they said someone would call. No one did. Was bitten by rattlesnake last fall--and was seen by another doc in her office (she was out of town). She never called to check on me.Then I tried to get a prescription filled in New Mexico, while awaiting an appointment with a new doc in NM--and they have not responded to two calls and a fax request from Walgreens. Adios Dr. Beauneir!

The doc is pretty good, but the office staff and PA staff are just horrible. Not once, but THREE TIMES after being hospitalized it was 3 WEEKS not days before I could get a follow up appointment. Serious issues that needed immediate follow-up. I was put on a wait list and never called. This would need to be the LAST doctor's office on the planet before I would recommend them.

Dr. Beauneir just couldn't be faster at sending me on my way with referrals and unnecessary tests. She didn't care to listen. She didn't follow up with any test results or return phone calls. No, interest what so ever to find the cause of my pain. I will not recommend her as a doctor.

In the begining she is fine and does referals to specialists . As time goes on and a major issue comes up she gets sloppy. My finger was broken and she said it was sprained. Now it is permanently deformed. I'm an older person and I get frustrated if my phone is cut off or turns off my phone (I know first time that happened)Her office acted like I was the worst person in the world. Her office staff said I weighed 216 pounds. When I brought it to their attention they did not change the computer

First time patient had to wait 20-30 minutes in exam room. Needed to be seen suddenly and arrived 9 minutes late (baby had a blowout enroute to appt) I arrive, receptionist is slow to check me in. I wait 5 minutes she comes back out saying I have to reschedule because I am TWO minutes past their 10 minutes late policy (which no one ever mentioned @ 1st appointment). Also Dr. B was good at talking & poor @ providing actual care - just gave me a ton of referrals to specialists. Major hypocrites!!!

Beware- this office doesn’t care about you. Strike 1: Not examining me on my first visit. Instead, you fill out extensive paperwork, then watch people type it into a computer. To have an exam, you must return at your own expense and at least if your insurance allows for one wellness visit per year. Strike 2: Having to ask someone to do a skin check, then taking 3 weeks to call with results. Strike 3: 3 phone calls to get my asthma meds refilled. Go elsewhere.

Let me just start by saying i am not very comfortable going to doctors but really liked dr beauneir. I was really worried and she discussed all my options and didn't make me feel like I was being forced into doing tests or treatment I wasn't comfortable with. I even got a call next day from her office just to let me know the test was normal and to see how I was doing.

Was looking for a new dr. I called Dr Beauneir's, they scheduled me for a "new patient" appointment - almost two months away. I was told if I filled out everything online I would not need to be there early. I did that. I arrived at 9:09, thinking my appt was 9:30. Was told my appt was at 9:00. I apologized profusely. I was told she would not see me because I was late. Seriously?! I am quite sure I could not cancel if the doctor was 9 minutes late.

Fantastic! Best doctor I've had. Received call same day with results of my test. Like the email option to contact Dr. Beauneir.

Dr. Beauneir, No issues. STAFF YES. Phones always go into voice mail. Leave messages and no return call. Even when you state it is a serious issues.

This office is the coldest, most unfriendly, and most unknowledgeable practice I've ever encountered. The doctor was 40 minutes late for my appointment even though I was told to be there 30 minutes early, and only spoke with me for about 5 minutes. Dr. Beauneir was arrogant, condescending, and dismissive. I received no referral for one of the tests she ordered, but was instead told to "just call around to some local labs and see if they run the test" by the MA. Horrid customer service!

Well, they're nice but ah, I did have to wait close to an hr. at the last visit and nobody came to tell me she was delayed, plus I was scheduled for an invasive exam, a pap smear, that was news to me. I honestly thought I was just going in for a routine checkup, til I got there and the assistant told me to put on the gown. Awkward. I would have liked a heads up. Not only that, but she had also done a breast exam which was unscheduled, and didn't seem real knowledgeable about it.

Was given a knee brace that one would use for a torn A C L that ended up costing me $400.00 when all I needed was a simple knee brace from Walgreens for $30.00. Rarely saw other patients waiting in the waiting room during the year I went there- good or bad? Friendly staff and nice new office space!

Difficult communication. Untrained staff. Can't get in for urgent problems which gets very expensive. Not helpful with information about conditions or willing to find out. 50% of referrals never happened. Others took weeks. Don't waste your time.
