Tried to say mental issue meant my son was Trans.
We took my son to see Dr Stiles, and she tried to convince my son that he was transexual, instead of dealing with the anxiety that he had been battling for years.

It’s the staff
I don’t have a problem with the doctor but her staff is dishonest and rude. I have no record of the call and message they supposedly made to my number regarding rejected insurance claims and they gave me incorrect information about what my insurance company told them. They blamed me for my claim being rejected and told me I would have to pay my balance to see the doctor… but of course waited until I took off work and got there to tell me. My insurance company is investigating the matter but the issue was unresolved at the time and I was unable to receive my appointment.

Dr. Stiles is the worst doctor I have ever seen. I have seen her 3 times in 5 years; I most often see her nurse practitioners, of which she has had 6 in the five years that I went to her. In addition, she didn't offer them benefits! Never explains test results. I asked her why she my feet were numb, she said I had guillain-barré syndrome, which is ridiculous, very rare disease that I don't have. She put me on anti-seizure drugs for headaches. They were terrible to get off of. I would not sent my worst enemy to her!!!!!!!!!!!!

Dr. Stiles is caring but too dismissive of differential diagnoses for certain problems. Her administrative staff leaves MUCH to be desired. Frequent late or failure to provide testing results and no actual test reports (copies of the actual lab report), just her summaries.

Dr. Stiles is thorough and compassionate both. She is the most knowledgeable of doctors. I highly recommend her. The wait time is always reasonable and the exams are complete. I feel like she has read my history prior to our appointments.

She is a fantastic doctor - one of those people who seems to really have found her calling. She listens, is curious and thorough in her care. Also very compassionate. I also like that she sees patient from the very young to the not as young. I recommend her wholeheartedly.

No. I have myotonic dystrophy, which is a muscular degenerative disease that is genetic. Dr. Stiles referred to my disease as MS (multiple sclerosis) two times in one appointment. She also called it an autoimmune disease which it incorrect. She focused on my weight to the exclusion of all else (Md cannot be "cured" by weight loss) and said that she was "overwhelmed" by the extent of my symptoms. She then left the office and I sat and cried. When she came back in she was more courteous.

Dr. Allison Stiles has been my doctor for over 7 years now. She is extremely analytical and thoughtful in diagnoses and treatments. My health has improved dramatically with her coaching. She listens carefully and is incredibly empathetic. She has even called a few times over the years just to follow up and make sure I was doing better!

The drs med tech/ coding staff needs work. I have been dealing with billing errors coded by these folks for almost a year. It has been a nightmare. Also, you wait a really long time to be seen. I had an early morning appointment (the first of the day) but still sat in the waiting room for an extra 20 minutes past my appointment time and another 20 once I was in an exam room.

On my first visit, there was a scheduling issue which led to me leaving before being seen by Dr. Stiles. I just decided to scratch her off the list of options. Imagine my surprise when she called me on my cell phone an hour later, apologized and offered to see me at 7:30 the next day! I was floored...from my experience most doctors wouldn't have done that. Dr Stiles is easy to converse with, extremely knowledgeable and LISTENS to her patients. I'm a client for life.
