I think Dr. Strnad is a friendly and decent doctor if your needs are pretty cut & dry. As my pregnancy became more complicated in my third trimester, I didn't feel like things were explained to me clearly and I had to get a lot of my information from the internet Looking back, I also had quite a few risk factors for PPD. I was never once given a mental health screening or even asked about my mood. She is very responsive to emails and phone calls, so that's a plus.

Dr. Strnad has been a blessing to our family. I had a high risk pregnancy due to my age and Dr. Strnad and Daphne took excellent and attentive care of both my baby and me. Our family is so grateful to the entire staff. They all deserve 10 stars!!

She is rude and abrupt in emails. Doesn’t care about her patients and acts like they are a nuisance for her. Seems like she is burnt out. Her nurse is clueless and incompetent and the check in staff at heritage are straight up rude. Also, she is always 1 hr behind or more.

I have seen Dr. Strnad a few time now and have great confidence in her care. She listens and gives me her unbiased opinion as well as other options for care. Her nurse Dalphny is also very warm and comforting. I feel lucky to have found her.

I have been a patient of Dr. Strnad's for about 8 years now and she is great. I like her nurse, Daphne, a lot. She has always answered all of my questions. She even called me on the phone herself when the test results indicated I was having a miscarriage. It is clear to me every time I see her that her absolute love is delivering babies and taking care of pregnant women and also those who are not pregnant. She always has a smile on her face and is genuinely concerned about your health.

She sent me a letter releasing me after I found out I was having a miscarriage. She does not answer questions freely, and her nurse refused to give me the answers that I requested concerning my health. I would not recommend her to anyone due to the lack of respect she showed toward me during the time of pregnancy and miscarriage.
