Very nice & professional staff. Dr. Williams is an excellent orthopedic, who has helped me with all my issues over the years, very kind and caring, and always trying to help find a solution for my chronic pain and issues with my spine. So glad that he did fusion for my neck after being tossed around with other orthopedics that never really helped he made my quality of life so much better and you can’t even really see the scar on my neck. Highly recommend Dr. Williams & Dr. Rubin.

I’m in constant pain, unable to sleep for weeks, unable to work, have significant loss of feeling/function in one leg and my groin, but Mountain Valley refuses to prescribe anything for pain or proceed with surgery despite surgery being the advised, agreed upon course of treatment from both a doctor at another practice and several of the medical personnel at Mountain Valley. Instead, they ignored my repeated voicemails and wasted my time and money with endless “consults” in which no one is willing to answer my questions. I have been sent in endless circles while I continue to suffer with zero quality of life.

I had to bring my wheelchair-bound mother in law for an appointment. I called ahead of time and asked what time the appointment was and was told by the receptionist it was at 1:15. We arrive on time and after checking in, the same receptionist tells us to have a seat because out "appointment wasn't until 2:45". When I asked why I was told 1:15 she gave me a bunch of conflicting answers including, "I told you you could come in at 1:15", "the tablet is in use" (whatever that means), "I meant 2:15", etc. She was nasty and I walked out. Never again.

I liked his manner and professionalism. He did two spine surgeries one on neck and one on back. Both with great results. He was very informative as to what to expect during both procedures. His bedside manner was very comforting and answered any questions I may have had..I even went into appt with a list of questions that he looked over and answered..

I liked his manner and professionalism. Unfortunately, he was not willing to go the extra mile to investigate my back issues. He did an injection into my SI joints, which did nothing. His parting words were, "Good luck." Not exactly comforting to someone who has been experiencing pain for over a year.

Arrived at Dr office at 11:15 for an 11:30 confirmed appointment and immediately started filling out paperwork. when I handed paperwork in 20 minutes later,I was informed doctor left at 11:00,when I questioned why I was rudely treated by office staff.I was left with my injured son in waiting room while office worker stormed off.this is no way to run a business.
