My visit with Dr. Rafael the day before my implant was very informative. The pros and cons of having the procedure were explained in layman’s language and ultimately made the decision to have the procedure done. Next day the pacemaker was put in and so far so good !

Dr. Rafael put my ICD into my chest at Good Sam ICU. He called my wife Jackie and explained the process and answered her questions. I am very fortunate to be alive and recovering from cardiac arrest. Many thank you to everyone at Good Sam and especially to Dr. Rafael!

I am a 76 year old retired RN. He listens and answers all concerns. He, is thorough, comforting and after cardiac ablation answered my 1:20 AM call. I'm confident I chose the right doc for procedure and I'm out 10 days from surgery and feeling better every day.
