I made an appointment to have keratosis on face frozen. I verbalized that spot may not be cancerous-though it can turn into skin cancer- it bothers me and I’d like it treated. I was told that she’s “not concerned about it” and to make appointment at their laser and aesthetic center “if I can afford it”. I wanted treatment from a physician at a physician’s office. I felt that she could not be bothered with my request and was only interested in promoting their aesthetic center. Though I missed work and of course paid for appointment I received no care. My time and concerns were of no importance. Everyone’s time is valuable.
