Dr. Roy is well versed when it comes addiction in general, but he seems to put every addict in the same box. His rehab is ran like a cult: night medicine is given late; the food is terrible; there’s never time for adequate rest; and the 12 steps are infallible, despite the failure rate. If someone relapses, it’s because they didn’t perform the steps well enough. They didn’t perform the steps well enough so they relapsed. It was circular logic and about as deep as a kiddie pool.

This was the worst experience I've ever had with a doctor. I went in with four meds and came out with nine!! He told me that all the side effects I was having were all in my head or it was anxiety or I was faking it. I looked up the side effects of all these drugs and it was the drugs that was making me very ill, not all in my mind. I would never return to this man again!
