Unprofessional office staff and long wait times
I have been bringing my two sons to Dangond’s Pediatric for the past nine years, and we have always had a positive experience with Dr Dangond and associates. His care and dedication have been nothing short of amazing.However, I wanted to share some concerns regarding our most recent visit. Since COVID, we have noticed a gradual decline with the delays and office staff. After scheduling my son’s physical a month in advance, we were informed upon arrival that there would be a 1-2 hour wait time. While I understand that delays can happen, we were not notified in advance, which left us unprepared for such a long wait.When I inquired about the wait time, I was confronted by the office manager, who identified herself as Dr. Dangond’s wife. Unfortunately, the interaction was quite unpleasant. She questioned why we had scheduled a physical in the afternoon, suggesting it was our fault for choosing the busiest time. She also questioned why we had chosen to schedule in July instead of June.

Dr. Dangond is very professional. He always takes his time to talk and explain concerns with both my boys. He has been my boys doctor for 18 years and always amazing.

Should not be allowed to practice. My daughter ended up in the emergency with pneumonia after Dr. said she was fine with the common flu.

Dr. Dangond is the Pedriatrician of my two kids and my three nephews. He is extremely knowledgeable and professional, his staff is amazing always helpful and friendly. Definitely the best Pediatric office in town!!

Best doctor. He is my son pediatric since 2010 and we love him. He is so profesional and he knows what he is doing. the others doctors and office workers are so profesional too

Arrival time: 10:10 Am. I did not finish until about 1:00. I spent way too much time waiting and listening to all different kinds of excuses to finally see the doctor. After we saw the doctor she said "I'll be right back" when she actually came back 45 minutes later.
