Absolutely unprofessional!
We had taken appointment 2 months ago ! And Appointment was rescheduled at the last moment and then cancelled and scheduled with a PA instead ! This is not acceptable!

Dr Lucioni is the BEST. He performed a cystoscopy on me that day. Needless to say this is a procedure that requires someone you trust. Dr. Lucioni has been my urologist for 15 years and I wouldn't trust anyone else to deal with this important part of my healthcare. He talked me through the entire procedure and explained In detail what was going on with my bladder and the issues I was experiencing. We discussed my condition and next procedure to be done and options down the road to treat my condition. I would recommend Dr. Lucioni to anyone who wants the BEST care possible regarding prostate and urological health.

Dr. Lucioni is excellent! He is very personable and empathetic and addressed all my concerns patiently and in understandable terms. Even though I find issues with my reproductive organs to be sensitive and embarrassing, he made me feel at ease during the examination and discussion.

During the procedure, the entire care team (especially the doctor) was very communicative about what was going to happen and when, directed me where to go and what I needed to do clearly and patiently, and were friendly and talkative.

Dr Lucioni explained the entire procedure, and answered all my questions. During the cystoscopy procedure, Dr. Lucioni explained Everything that was on the monitor as that small camera in circling my bladder. He made it true scary procedure bearable. Its a pleasure having Dr. Luis is my urologist
